Before we buy
Cancel any time before purchase and everything you paid, minus payment-processing costs already incurred, comes back to you.
At inspection
If our photos show a defect, the wrong colour, the wrong size or a missing part, you can ask for a replacement, a return to the seller, or a refund of the item cost.
After shipping
Once a parcel leaves the warehouse, resolution depends on the carrier. Lost or damaged parcels are claimed against the carrier or insurance where cover was purchased.
Not refundable
Service fees for work already done, shipping already paid, and customs duties charged in your country cannot be recovered.
