Dangerous goods
Flammables, aerosols, pressurised containers, strong magnets above carrier limits, and most loose lithium batteries.
Restricted goods
Weapons and parts, controlled substances, live animals and plants, perishable food, currency, and anything requiring an import licence you do not hold.
Counterfeit goods
Items that infringe a trademark or copyright are refused at receipt and cannot be returned or refunded by us.
If something arrives anyway
Prohibited items found during inspection are held for return to the seller at your cost, or disposed of where the law requires it.
